Focus areas

With over 30 years experience as a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in building healthier relationships and realizing their full potential. Utilizing a warm, integrative, and non-judgmental approach, I offer therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, helping them find a safe space for growth and healing. My aim is to empower clients to create meaningful transformations and develop the insights and tools for a more fulfilling and meaningful life journey.

My practice covers a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, identity and self-esteem issues, and stress management. As a BRIA-certified menopause mental health care provider, I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through menopause, offering compassionate guidance and strategies to navigate this transition with grace and confidence.

Recognizing the individuality of each client’s experience, I offer a collaborative therapeutic process that integrates diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, interpersonal, and experiential techniques. I strive to work together with you to understand your challenges, explore patterns, and develop personalized strategies for growth, empowering individuals to navigate difficult feelings and build more meaningful relationships.

In addition to counseling services, I meet the criteria to be a supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I am affiliated with several universities across Ontario. I provide both individual and group supervision for pre-qualifying therapists, qualifying registered psychotherapists, and fully registered therapists who still require ongoing supervision. With a commitment to fostering professional growth, I tailor my guidance to meet the unique needs of each individual. My supervision style emphasizes skill development and clinical competency as well as a strong focus on personal growth and lifelong learning.
