Focus areas
I am so glad that you found your way here. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, or for your children or family- together we will support you to find steady ground in these challenging times. With care, creativity and connection, we’ll explore, process and express feelings, ideas and experiences to help you orient, develop your inner and outer support systems, and move forward with a strengthened sense of self & place in the world.
It would be a privilege to companion you in this season of your life….Let’s connect.
When engaging in psychotherapy I take a person-centered approach integrating conversation, silence, reflection, compassion and body-based, and felt-sense polyvagal informed practices. In art therapy sessions, we explore nature, art materials and found objects in playful creative process and artmaking as part of the wellness journey.
