History
Our centre was opened in January of 2004 under the ownership and management of Annette Kussin M.S.W., RSW. Annette believed in offering a number of services for the emotional and physical needs of people, in one centre. In 2012, Sheri Betel, M.S.W., RSW. a therapist in the centre since its inception, assumed ownership of the centre and manages it with a similar philosophy and intends to make the experience an even more positive and rewarding one. And starting in January 2025 the Leaside Therapy Centre morphed into the Leaside Therapy Group with some physical changes. The Centre has moved to 801 Eglinton Ave W in midtown Toronto, where we continue to offer quality mental health services. We are also expanding with therapists at multiple locations to better serve more communities in Toronto, GTA and beyond.
Sustainable Business Innovation
The physical building has undergone many changes in order to improve their clients’ comfort and experience. The new atmosphere is more reflective of the centre’s commitment to providing the best and most leading-edge emotional support available. In addition, the diversity of the professionals has been enhanced with the addition of new therapists covering additional areas of expertise.
